The Our Lady of Grace necklace has a miraculous symbolism. It means comfort, protection, trust, hope and prayer. The 'miracolosa' medal was created thanks to Sister Catherine who, to combat an epidemic in Paris in 1832, began distributing the first medals together with the Daughters of Charity.
