When designing his first wristwatch, Rafael Moneo took as a starting point the two clocks he created for the Logroņo towers and Atocha Station in Madrid. To achieve the perfect square, he chose for the design a system that connects the bracelet inside the watch. The tall and very thin Roman numerals evoke the old sundials and strongly mark the dial, which stands out for its simplicity and balance. The hands incorporate the straight lines that define the whole ensemble.
